So, I have been dieting for a few months and lost 25 lbs. I have about 15 lbs to go and it needs to be replaced by muscle. I am starting a combination of Insanity workouts, Zumba dance and then rejoining the club in my office building after I return from a week-long business trip in the beginning of March. How are you going to turn grapefruits into oranges?
